Deutsche Bank Spain

The Roig team has completed the complete refurbishment of one of the Deutsche Bank Spain offices, located in one of the best areas of Barcelona, in Travessera de Gràcia in Barcelona. A comprehensive reform of about 950 m2 divided into first floor, ground floor and basement.

ROIG’s action aims to implement the new image of Deutsche Bank Spain, based on locating in large cities a type of open space office of large dimensions, with the latest technology and in emblematic buildings.

ROIG Construcciones has carried out both the civil works and the integral installations. In this case, the works, executed in 18 weeks, have included a complete demolition of the space to rethink a new distribution. In addition, they have contemplated structural and reinforcement works, joinery and glass finishes and dividing screens.

Energy efficiency study

The complexity of the installations in terms of Climate to adapt the open space, both horizontally and vertically, has generated for ROIG a study of the efficiency of the system, which has been the great achievement of our team, which has worked with the same involvement in the Network and communications installations.

The finishes of work, following the guidelines of the brand, have been made with high quality materials, attending both to the aesthetic criteria and to the comfort at the acoustic level of this space.

The striking façade in glass panels with the corporate color is one of the icons of this new office.
