This is the integral reform of a penthouse in Rambla Catalunya, of the real estate company NuvoBarcelona, with the collaboration and supervision of the studio of architects and interior designers LuvBarcelona.

Among the works carried out by ROIG, it is worth mentioning the lifting operation of the metal structure for the execution of a 13ml shoring, in order to obtain the largest open space inside the house. This manoeuvre required intense coordination and was completed in record time.

The architects designed the project to give rise to a house with large, well thought-out spaces, with an open , diaphanous central space and a perimeter layout of double rooms, a bathroom and a suite with a large full bathroom.

The materials were meticulously selected from the highest quality to bring a degree of exclusivity and elegance that stands out from a standard home.

Noble materials such as wood flooring, excellent kitchen and bathroom furniture finishes and Cheyenne and Neolith Estatuario granite surfaces are appreciated.

The vertical walls that hide sliding panels stand out with the aim of delimiting the rooms by closing them without hindering the wide view when they remain open.

The main bathroom, which has been fitted with a large rain-effect shower, has been clad in high-strength Microtopping with a matt finish.

Roca In-wash sanitary ware, Bossini Cristina taps in matt black and integrated high-end Bosch appliances complete the visible part of the fittings in this luxurious penthouse.. In terms of plumbing, a storage tank and an electronic water softener have been installed for the water in the home; for the electrical installations, Fontini and Schneider Aparamenta mechanisms have been chosen and, in terms of air-conditioning, air conditioning, sectorised by zones with independent Mitsubishi controls for hot/cold.
