ROIG has been the company awarded the contract for the construction of the new residential building “Marina 97”, promoted by Bonanova Groupin the Sant Martí district of Barcelona.

With a total of 41 homes, distributed over 4,650 m² of built area, the project, designed by Bantulà Arquitectes Associats, is scheduled to begin in January 2026 and is expected to last 18 months.

The building will consist of a first floor, six upper floors and a roof, and will include a subway parking lot with capacity for vehicles and bicycles. Its design is based on a modern and efficient architecture that combines functionality and aesthetics, with open spaces, terraces and high quality finishes that prioritize comfort and habitability.

Built to rent

The project contemplates the construction of a “build to rent” property , a real estate development model in which residential buildings are built specifically to be rented.

Sustainable construction

In line with ROIG’s commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency, the project incorporates advanced construction solutions such as the use of high-performance thermal and acoustic insulation, thermally broken carpentry and aerothermal air conditioning systems. In addition, landscaped roofs and elements that promote water and energy efficiency are planned.

This new residential development reinforces ROIG’s position as a benchmark in the construction of sustainable urban housing, contributing its experience and technical capacity to projects that respond to current market needs.
