Medical Mix Offices, Sant Cugat

ROIG Construcciones has been selected to carry out the works of the new Training Center of Medical Mix, specialized in the supply of medical devices for ophthalmic surgery, through a project designed by the study Batlle i Roig Arquitectura, SLP.

The center will be located on the second floor of the corporate building of ophthalmic device manufacturer and distributor BVI Iberia. The new offices, located in Sant Cugat del Vallès, will occupy approximately 400 m², corresponding to a floor that will be transformed into a modern, functional and highly specialized space.

The project aims to create an advanced environment for training, education and product demonstration. This new Training Center will integrate training classrooms, a showroom, offices, office, reception areas and various technical areas, all distributed according to the functional criteria defined by the company.
The works are executed in a period of 4 months, during which ROIG’s team develops the new interior partitions, flooring, cladding, electrical and air conditioning installations, as well as the complete adaptation of the space for corporate and training use. The project also contemplates the integration of construction solutions and installations in accordance with current regulations, guaranteeing comfort, efficiency and technical quality.

With this new commission, ROIG reinforces its presence in the corporate and educational field, consolidating its experience in the execution of specialized spaces and projects of high technical demand, hand in hand with first class architectural teams.
