MAPFRE Office, Madrid

ROIG has been awarded a new project for the insurance company MAPFRE, which will consist of the complete refurbishment of an office located at 19-21 San Cipriano Street, in Madrid. The action is part of the office network upgrade program that the company is developing in different cities.

The project includes the complete adaptation of the premises to the new corporate image of the insurance company. This will involve demolition work, redistribution of interior spaces, execution of new finishes, technical carpentry and renovation of facilities, in addition to the adaptation of the space to current standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

This type of intervention is part of the transformation process that many companies in the service sector are promoting to modernize their physical service points, incorporating more open, functional spaces adapted to the new user relationship models.
