20 homes in Girona

Nou Sant Gregori Development

New build

The ROIG team has already started construction work on the Nou Sant Gregori development in Girona. With a total of 2,900 m2, the project consists of two volumes built on the corner forming a single building, which faces two streets: Plaza Cataluña and Calle Caterina Albert, in the Catalan city.

For the development of the project, ROIG is working with the architecture studio Moliner Office Architects and the engineers of S3E ENGINEERING.

The building complex consists of 20 above-ground apartments , 30 parking spaces and 9 storage rooms, in the basement, with access from Calle Caterina Albert.

In the inner courtyard of the block, there is a space for community use where there is also access to the ground floor homes, through an open passage. Access to the building is through Plaça Catalunya, through a porch area.

Insulation and energy efficiency

The façade is planned with interior insulation and will be composed of a single leaf where the exterior will be made of SATE clad work. To guarantee energy efficiency, all the carpentry in the building will be metal with thermal break and glass with a double climalit chamber.

Likewise, and taking into account that the building has demand for DHW for homes, a part of the needs will be covered with systems for the collection, storage and use of solar energy or similar and aerothermal systems.
