Design detached house in Caldes de Malavella

It is the construction of an isolated detached house, with outdoor garage and swimming pool, located in the exclusive “Alzina” sector of the PGA Golf Resort located in Caldes de Malavella, Girona.

For its execution, the ROIG team will allocate 8 months, betting on collaborative construction and applying the LEAN Construction methodology to achieve the objective.

The project foresees the construction of a ground floor on two different levels and a first floor. It emphasizes its access by ground floor with a double height of the ceiling in the hall, which gives way to a room en suite with bathroom and exit to the garden, the kitchen, a toilet and access / dressing room to a master suite room. On the lower level of the ground floor, we find a room that communicates directly to the living-dining room, which highlights its elegant ceiling by beam and vault combining in turn with the stunning views towards the golf course. The first floor includes more night area of the house, including a distributor that gives access to two more bedrooms en suite with their own bathroom and terrace.

In the garden there is a covered terrace with metal pergola and barbecue attached at one end of the pool, rectangular and overflowing on one side. Undoubtedly a luxury home where materials and finishes of high quality have been carefully selected.

Built with solar radiation in mind to reduce energy consumption

All rooms have cross ventilation and guarantee that the sun enters directly between 10 and 12 solar hours. In addition, to make the most of solar energy, solar collectors will be installed on the roof that, together with the aerothermal system, will guarantee an optimal production of domestic hot water.
