ROIG is chosen for the interior refurbishment project , partial restructuring and adaptation of facilities in the office building of Deutsche Bank, located in Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid.

Con una superficie de 3.430m², el proyecto, impulsado por Misodi Rent, S.L. como propietaria del edificio, y por Deutsche Bank, como inquilino y usuario de parte de los espacios, se centra en la modernización integral de la planta baja y semisótano del inmueble, que cuenta con un uso exclusivo de oficinas implantado en un entorno originalmente residencial.

A project in an active building

The scope of the work includes interventions on the first floor and semi-basement.

One of the key challenges is the execution of the works without interrupting activity in the building, which will remain in use throughout the intervention.

The main actions of the project include the following:

• Partial restructuring to reorganize the floor levels (ground and semi-basement), creating a new large entrance hall at street level that connects to the block courtyard.
• Structural modifications to comply with accessibility regulations, as well as the reorganization of mezzanines and improvement of evacuation and fire safety.
• Complete upgrade of the building’s general facilities and interior installations in the area occupied by Deutsche Bank.
• Interior conditioning of the office areas to achieve a more efficient, modern distribution, adapted to the new needs of use.

The project is expected to take 4.5 months to complete.
