Godó Tower, Barcelona

The Alting real estate group has once again placed its trust in ROIG’s services. On this occasion to update the lobbies of the Torre Godó office building, located at Avinguda Diagonal, 477, next to Plaza Francesc Macià.

Designed by the renowned interior designer Marcelo Levit of Marcelo Levit Vision & Designthe project has transformed the space, bringing a new aesthetic and functional value for both its occupants and the building itself.

Torre Barcelona is a 22-story corporate building on Avenida Diagonal, built between 1968 and 1970 by architect Emili Bordoy. Already in 2002 a comprehensive refurbishment project was carried out, and now in 2024 it has undergone a new modernization that repositions the building as a benchmark in the CBD office market in Barcelona.

The project aimed to update and modernize the lobby of the property following the renovation and replacement of the tower’s 4 elevators this 2024.

The improvements include not only a focus on aesthetics and functionality, but also on the efficiency and sustainability of the spaces, aligned with the latest trends in corporate space design:

• Digital directory displays, which optimize information for visitors and employees.
• Kone Elevators.
• Dekton porcelain floor tile by Cosentino.
• Upgrading of security systems with new Dormakaba accesses.
• Parcel lockers to improve comfort.
• Parking spaces for scooters and electric bicycles, promoting sustainable mobility.
