Located in Castellar del Vallès, located in the province of Barcelona, Roig was in charge of building a multi-family building of 35 homes with parking and commercial premises that was in the structuring phase.

In keeping with our commitment to the environment, Roig’s team built water tanks in this building with the aim of taking advantage of rainwater for use in the toilets.

In the same way, the efficient air conditioning system with aerothermal energy was installed, a clean technology that extracts up to 77% of the energy free of charge of the outside air. Aerothermal systems are state-of-the-art heat pumps designed to provide cooling in summer, heating in winter and domestic hot water all year round.

This installation, together with carpentry with shutters without thermal bridge and by means of an external register, which prevent the entry of outside air, offers significant energy savings.
