Flagship Banc Sabadell in Barcelona

This is the complete refurbishment of one of the most emblematic offices of Banc Sabadell, located in one of the best areas of Barcelona, at Avenida Diagonal, 456.

This project aimed to give birth to the bank’s new Flagship in Barcelona with a design by the architecture studio Mateo Arquitectura. It is a new office prototype with a new type of space more adaptable and flexible, in addition to office convention spaces, meeting rooms and event space.

In addition, and in line with the bank’s commitment to sustainability, the project will be awarded the Green label due to the materials that will be used for the refurbishment. Glass, stainless steel, hardwood -from suppliers with environmental certificates-, linoleum and granite are the materials chosen that have been used mainly to carry out the project.

For the vertical walls, maple, beech, oak and pine wood panelling has been chosen, as well as high-density mineral wool panels, stainless steel profiles, glass screens or porcelain stoneware.

Granite, linoleum and porcelain stoneware stand out in terms of flooring.

The ceilings have been one of the keys of the project, executed by means of structures of steel profiles with translucent glass.

The complete work has been executed in 20 weeks, where the ROIG team has renovated a total of 800m2 distributed over 3 floors: underground floor, ground floor and first floor.
