IBIS Hotel – ACCOR Hotels

ROIG had the challenge of giving birth to the new concept of Ibis hotel. A hotel without reception, whose space was used as a cafeteria, recreational space and restaurant.

The ROIG team was responsible for implementing the new IBIS hotel prototype as determined by the chain’s new strategy for the implementation of its hotels in Spain. For this, the common spaces and the façade of the ground floor were reformed.

The work was carried out in 3 phases of execution and with the hotel in use, with its consequent difficulties when developing the work.

It highlights innovation in finishes and interior design.
