Integral reform of a design detached house in Esplugues de Llobregat

The ROIG team is working on the reform of a three-storey detached house in Esplugues de Llobregat (Barcelona). This project has been designed and elaborated by Jeannette Castro Araujo, Architect and Alberto Lueiro, decorator.

With a totality of 552 m2 built, the three floors are distributed in Basement, where the car park, a spa, gym, a cinema and music room, laundry, toilet and distributor will be located; ground floor, with a double-height entrance hall, and a daytime area composed of a large living room, which will include the old porch of the house, kitchen, toilet and a night area with three bedrooms en suite with distributor and, finally, in the First floor We will work in the master suite, with two dressing rooms and bathroom, terrace and outdoor jacuzzi.

The house has a surrounding garden, where a rearrangement of the space will be carried out, including planters, chill out area, swimming pool and outdoor garden.

A house in the purest Ibiza

The materials have been meticulously selected, top quality. In order to provide an Ibizan character, all the finishes are continuous, polished concrete in the interior pavements, microcement in the bathrooms, while on the outside they are based on mortars with polyurethanes that will unify with the finish of the façade and perimeter walls.

Regarding the facilities, a radiant floor and an aerothermal system for ACS and VRV air conditioning will be installed. All this, with exterior carpentry, minimal model and sliding 1 or 2 sheets.

Finally, the ground floor decks will be converted into flat terraces.
