Integral reform luxury apartment

This is the integral reform on the almost 100 m2 of floor in a luxury apartment, located in one of the most emblematic buildings of Madrid. All efforts have been focused on enhancing the luminosity and the privileged views that characterize it.

ROIG has executed a careful remodeling work with high quality finishes, incorporating Flor di Bosco marbles, brought from Italy, for the bathroom coverings, and Cheyenne granite to execute the vertical coatings in the public areas, also incorporating it into the custom-made furniture. Careful lighting enhances these spectacular finishes.

The project also included a herringbone parquet in oak wood with a touch of special dye to blend in with the tones of the stone coatings. Wood carpentry works have also been carried out, both in the common rooms and in the manufacture and installation of kitchen furniture, in Avalon finished oak, according to those of the rest of the house.

In the kitchen, floor and countertops in Inalco Larssen large format. In the master bedroom, a combined execution of tinted mirrors, wood and a head manufactured for this project with a wooden base and covered with Chiara textile, framed by indirect LED lighting form the front wall. The bedside tables have also been covered in Cheyenne to complete the harmony of materials used throughout the apartment.
