Collaborative project for the construction of 61 homes in Barcelona

The ROIG team is working on the construction of 61 homes, 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms , in the middle of nature, in the park of Montjuïc, of the exclusive developer Kronos Homes. For this project, ROIG works collaboratively with SOB ARQUITECTOS S.L.P., a reference studio with prestige and CBRE.

The building, located next to the great green lung of the Catalan capital, combines architecture and nature. It has an avant-garde design and complete common areas that offer the tenant the cosmopolitan life of a European metropolis and the natural wealth of a large Mediterranean park.

A unique design, created to blend in with the environment

The line of the terraces, the green spaces and their careful succession of volumes draw a silhouette that integrates perfectly into the urban fabric. The interior of the houses consists of spacious rooms and large windows designed to make the most of natural light and favor the privacy of the most private rooms. In addition, the building has a complete community equipment, such as a swimming pool on the roof.

Serenity and light are fundamental elements in the interior spaces of this unique project. Therefore, the windows and terraces favor a double spatial dimension; a cozy space; eco-sustainable; and an inclusive transition of the environment that respects its urban condition and its natural wealth.
