At ROIG we are starting a new project in the heart of the Garraf: the BRISA DEL GARRAF development, consisting of 78 multi-family homes and 9 semi-detached single-family homes, located between the Garraf massif and the beaches of Vilanova i la Geltrú. With a built surface area of 12,500 m2, this development is promoted by the real estate developer Loiola.

Housing designed with sustainability criteria

The project places special emphasis on environmental sustainability, with the aim of reducing the ecological impact and, at the same time, bringing economic savings to the owners. Its main features include:

All of them are equipped with ducted aerothermal air conditioning and have an A energy efficiency rating.
