Renovation of the Generali building

This is the renovation of the common areas of the Generali Building, located in the heart of Barcelona, specifically at Paseo de Gracia, 11. The adaptations of this building, included in the Inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia, will be carried out through a project by L35 Arquitectos.

This is not the first time that ROIG has been in charge of making adjustments to this well-known building in Barcelona. On this occasion, the reform of common elements that is planned to be carried out is mainly related to the adaptation of the safety of use and accessibility (DB-SUA) in the building, with the consequent replacement of the 9 elevators, the improvement of the consumption of the facilities from the energy point of view, the repair and cleaning of the façade, and the replacement of its exterior carpentry.

The constructed area of the action is 3,940 m2, on the floors of the building and 10,966 m2 on the façades.

The works will be completed in 18 months.
