Hotel refurbishment, Barcelona

This is the interior renovation of the Hotel Atlantis *** of 50 rooms, located in the city of Barcelona, in Pelayo Street, 20.

The project, designed by the architecture and interior design studio ARQsocis, together with the engineers OIKOSVIA and GP9 Ingenieros, foresees to maintain the enclosures and interior distribution, acting mainly in the reform of interiors, wood carpentry, exterior carpentry, flooring, false ceilings, installations, as well as furniture equipment.

ROIG’s team will work under sustainability criteria for the hotel to obtain LEED Gold certification, which distinguishes buildings for their high performance in all evaluation categories, integrating a wide range of sustainable practices and technologies.

The renovation work is scheduled to be completed in 12 months, during which time the hotel will remain closed.
