Total refurbishment of Banc Sabadell bank office in Manresa

This is the total renovation of a Banc Sabadell office in Manresa (Barcelona), specifically the one located at Passeig Pere IV, 41.

The project foresees the total rehabilitation of an office consisting of a Ground Floor and a Mezzanine Floor where ROIG will have to make the relevant adaptations to adapt it to the new corporate image of the bank and the new needs of employees and customers.

One of the challenges is to carry out the relevant works while the office remains in use. For this reason, they will be carried out in 2 phases that should be completed in January 2024.

Total renovation of facilities, painting and façade

The ROIG team has already started the first of two phases that include the total renovation of all the facilities (air-conditioning, lighting, electricity…), painting, carpentry, as well as the cladding of the existing façade.
