LOCATION
ROIG Construcciones signs the project for the integral rehabilitation of the building located at 20 Lezama Street, in the heart of Madrid. This project, which belongs to the Stoneshield company, was designed by the prestigious architectural firm Touza.
With a total surface area of 2,399 m², the Lezama 20 building is an ideal space to serve as a corporate, institutional, training or healthcare center. The project stands out for its versatility and the total renovation it is undergoing, which will cover all aspects of the building, from structural reinforcement to the adaptation of the interior spaces and renovation of the facilities to adapt them to current needs.
Functionality, design and energy efficiency
In terms of technical interventions, ROIG will renovate the carpentry and install a modern curtain wall to improve energy efficiency and provide a contemporary aesthetic. The necessary demolitions will allow the creation of open spaces, which will provide flexibility in the use of the floors.
One of the highlights of this building are its two magnificent terraces. The first, located on the first floor, offers a comfortable and accessible space, while the second, located in the attic, is even more spacious and versatile, perfect for enjoying the privileged views of Madrid.
In addition, the floors of the building have a minimum surface area of 400 m², which guarantees great flexibility in their distribution and use. As part of the renovated complex, building users will also be able to enjoy the exclusive services of the MASID Hub in Fuencarral, which include a gym, catering and other services that contribute to creating an environment conducive to occupant productivity and well-being.
ROIG’s team will execute the renovation of the building within 6 months.
