Residential Sabadell, Barcelona

ROIG has started a new residential building project in the municipality of Sabadell (Barcelona), specifically on the corner of Sant Pau street and Cervantes street. It is a multi-family building with 16 dwellings distributed on the first floor plus two upper floors, with a basement for parking and technical rooms.

The building, which has a total area of 2,630m2, combines a variety of housing types, including duplexes on the second floor. The roof will house the technical spaces and the aerothermal and photovoltaic panel installations, which will contribute to the building’s energy efficiency.

Commitment to sustainability

The project, designed by the architectural firm CXI and in collaboration with Project Manager Betarq Group, has been developed under criteria of eco-efficiency and sustainability, incorporating:

• Domestic hot water production with renewable energy and dual flush systems in cisterns.
• Highly efficient thermal envelope, with SATE insulated facades and walkable flat roofs that improve comfort and reduce energy consumption.
• Ventilation, air-conditioning and selective waste collection systems designed to ensure maximum comfort and minimize environmental impact

With this project, which is expected to take 16 months to complete, ROIG reaffirms its commitment to quality residential construction, placing at the center both the comfort of future tenants and its commitment to the environment.
