41 dwellings Sabadell, Barcelona

This is the promotion by Aire 9, de Metrovacesa, whereROIG’s team has already started work on the construction of a new residential building composed by 41 dwellings, distributed over 8 floors (Ground Floor + 7). The building, designed by MESURA architects, is located in Austria, St. of Sabadell.

The houses are available from one bedroom to 4 bedrooms, – with an area of 45m2 to 126m2 – with ground floors and penthouses.

The materials used for the interiors are elegant, both in flooring and wall coverings, with laminate flooring for bedrooms and living rooms and porcelain stoneware for bathrooms, kitchens and terraces.

Insulation, the key to an efficient home

The external envelope will be designed in exposed ceramic brick and the internal partition walls will be made of dry partition walls, with thermal insulation and air chamber. As for the exterior carpentry, doors and windows have been designed with aluminium profiles with thermal bridge break and thermo-acoustic double glazing..

The thermally insulated roofs will house the solar panels and air conditioning equipment.
