Refurbishment of Banc Sabadell office

The ROIG team has begun the works of integral reform of one of the most emblematic offices of Banc Sabadell in the city of Girona, specifically the one located in the Josep Plà Casadevall square, 5.

It is a ground floor of a historic office that has an area of 300m2 where ROIG must make the pertinent adjustments to adapt it to the new corporate image of the bank and the new needs of employees and customers.

One of the challenges is to carry out the relevant works while the office remains in use. For this reason, they will be carried out in 2 phases that should end in December of this year.

Total renovation of facilities, painting and façade

The ROIG team has already started the first of the two phases that include the total renovation of all the facilities (climate, lighting, electricity …), painting, carpentry, as well as the remodeling of the façade, respecting to the maximum its aesthetics of origin, being an emblematic building.
