Santa Perpètua Centre eco-housing complexSustainability and modernity are the real protagonists
It is a residential island based on integration with the environment and urban improvement, with 38 homes of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms with large terraces, parking area and storage rooms. The ground floors will enjoy a garden with private patio and the penthouses will enjoy magnificent views.
An innovative project focused on energy efficiency and architectural quality
It is a residential island of energy rating A, the highest existing.
In terms of air conditioning, the homes will be equipped with an integrated system of cooling, heating and hot water DHW through split units of aerothermal heat pump, highly efficient and underfloor heating. Since it takes advantage of the energy of the outside air, aerothermal energy is considered a renewable energy source, with high energy efficiency, both in summer and winter.
This complex is specially designed to reduce energy demand with the placement of solar protections and facades with EAS insulation , placed on the outer face of the wall, to avoid thermal bridges. Inside, the wall will be plastered with laminated plaster in all homes, after placing mineral wool. The thicknesses will be higher, aluminum profiles will be installed with thermal break and double glazing with air chamber for better thermal and acoustic insulation.
At the material level, the floors will be made of high resistance laminated parquet. In addition, an anti-impact sheet or an acoustic mortar will be placed on the entire horizontal surface to guarantee the acoustics between homes. On the other hand, the bathrooms will be made of stoneware.
For the realization of the work, ROIG will apply the LEAN Methodology with weekly schedules with the aim of obtaining the pertinent solutions before the deadlines, in which these may hinder the optimal progress of the works, in order to complete the works within the expected period.
