This is the refurbishment of a single-family house located on the seafront in Vinyet de Sitges, one of the most charming villages in the province of Barcelona.

The main premise of this project was to maintain and conserve the original architectural style of the house, built in the mid-20th century.

The comprehensive refurbishment work was carried out both on the ground floor and on the first floor and gardens, adapting all the rooms to the new needs of the tenants.

With high quality ceramic finishes, American kitchen and lacquered furniture, Roig refurbished this spectacular home consisting of five bedrooms distributed over the two floors, with games room, two bathrooms, large garden with swimming pool and guest house.

With regard to the windows and doors, the glass was fitted with a double-glazing system that provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.
