Nestlé Corporate Building

This is a renovation project of the corporate building that the company Nestlé has in Sant Feliu de Llobregat, specifically the restaurant and kitchen area.

Initially, ROIG carried out the dismantling and demolition of the entire pre-existing area and then rehabilitated a surface area of 1,300m2 that made up the kitchen, the workers’ dining room, the lobby, the self-service area and the private dining room. A space with a capacity to accommodate more than 500 diners, in this case, workers of the Swiss multinational.

For the flooring, micro-mortar, plastic paints for coatings, acoustic ceilings, large LED lighting fixtures and wooden furniture have been chosen. In the project, the pergola structure made of iron T-profile and upper panels of vegetable fibers for the shade shelter stands out.

Tight times

The work, which was carried out during the months of August, September and October, was performed while the office building was at full capacity, so timing was key to its execution.

At the design level, the project has taken into account the corporate image of the group.
