Rambla Egara Building

Roig designed this multi-family building consisting of 11 flats, with 5 duplex flats, a commercial premises and two underground floors for parking spaces.

The new residential building is located on Rambla Egara in Terrassa, one of the longest streets in the city, which traditionally concentrates more shops, shops, and services. This privileged location made the execution of the work more complex as it is a corner building located on a pedestrian street.

Also, before starting construction, demolition work had to be carried out to bring down the existing building, with the complexities involved in carrying out this type of action, especially given its location.

Solar panels and ducted air conditioning were installed in the new building. The glazing had to be specially treated to eliminate the acoustic problems that can be associated with living in a pedestrian and central area of the city.

With a magnificent terrace, the flats, with 2 and 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite, stand out for their high quality and parquet flooring in all the rooms, except the bathrooms. The wall and floor coverings, tiles and taps have been selected from the prestigious Porcelanosa company.
