Vilablareix Building

This is a new construction project consisting of two multi-family buildings with 24 and 23 flats respectively. Both have commercial premises in each and are located very close to Girona, in one of the best areas of Vilablareix.

During the 16-month construction period, Roig’s team was responsible for the construction of two isolated blocks of buildings designed in the shape of an “L”, which share a basement with 85 parking spaces and 53 storage rooms. Built above ground level, the two buildings consist of a ground floor, three floors of flats and a flat roof.

In keeping with its commitment to the environment, solar panels have been installed in both buildings, which allow significant savings on electricity bills, and being a clean and renewable energy source.

As for the homes, the parquet floors in all the rooms, except in the kitchen and bathrooms, which are made of porcelain stoneware, stand out. With the kitchen open to the dining room, the tenants of these homes can enjoy large terraces, as well as communal leisure areas such as a large garden area with a swimming pool.
