New image of Deutsche Bank Diagonal

ROIG has been responsible, once again, for the remodeling project of an existing building with the aim of implementing the new Deutsche Bank office , located in one of the most important arteries of Barcelona, on Avenida Diagonal nº632. The new space has a total area of 1500 m2, divided into five floors -two above ground-, a ground floor and two basements.

The project has involved a total change of the air conditioning and ventilation system, as well as the realization of a completely new electrical installation , under the seal of sustainability and energy saving.

In terms of architecture, modifications have been made to the roof to be waterproofed. A new distribution has also been created with plasterboard partitions, as well as a false ceiling.

In the finishes , following the new corporate image of the bank, the ROIG team has used high quality materials. The flooring, of Egger laminated parquet combined with carpet, acquires great prominence differentiating the transit areas with the living areas, rooms and offices, also playing a role in the acoustics and in the delimitation of the spaces without the need for partitions. The wood panels and their lacquers are also made of Egger wood.

In general, the actions carried out by ROIG have helped to implement the new image of Deutsche Bank Spain, based on locating in large cities a typology of open space office of large dimensions, with the latest technology and in emblematic buildings.
