The interior layout of the homes will be built with dry, insulated plasterboard partitions. The party walls between the different dwellings will be executed with ceramic brick lined on both sides, with dry partitions and insulation, guaranteeing adequate thermal and acoustic comfort. All bathroom partitions and wet areas will be made with water-repellent plates.
In the carpentry, thermal break has been chosen. Motorized blinds with interior insulation and Climalit thermoacoustic double glazing with colorless glass and air chamber.

For air conditioning, a collective aerothermal system will be installed for the production of domestic hot water. And the air conditioning (hot and cold) will be carried out by means of a duct system in false ceilings and grilles in the rooms.
The work will be completed in 18 months.
