Multi-family building of 48 homes, between 2 and 4 bedrooms, 86 parking spaces for cars and motorcycles, storage rooms and commercial premises.

It stands out for a careful aesthetic, quality finishes and façade in modular style with common spaces with green areas, community pool, gym and meeting room.

The challenge of the project was to continue with the harmony of the place, respecting the ecosystem of the neighboring park and being as efficient as possible. Thanks to the application of LEAN and the LPS planning system, with the collaboration of Juan Felipe Pons, it was possible to shorten the time foreseen for the construction of the work.

In this building, fan coils have been installed with efficient aerothermal air conditioning systems, a clean technology that uses renewable energy from the environment. They are 3×1 equipment because with a single system you get cooling, heating and domestic hot water.

Regarding the insulation, in this building we opted for a type of ventilated façade with an insulation of 12cm using Equitone type resin. Likewise, aluminum profiles with thermal break and double glazing were installed, using low emissive glass, for better performance against outside temperatures.

The building has achieved energy certification A, the highest in existence, in terms of CO2 emissions and B, in terms of energy consumption.
