We completed the construction of an ALDI supermarket in Barcelona

ROIG has completed the refurbishment of a car park, located on the ground floor of the building on Carrer Milà i Fontanals 14, in the Gràcia district of Barcelona, with the aim of converting it into an ALDI supermarket.

The reform, with a total constructed area of 1,831 m², covers the interior parking of the entire block, as well as the premises adjacent to it, in the street of Santa Eulalia.

The project has contemplated all the construction processes so that, ROIG has delivered the premises completely finished with a comprehensive reform, always following the corporate image of ALDI.

First, the ROIG team has replaced the entire existing fiber cement roof with a new one with insulated corrugated plate and finished with lacquered corrugated sheet inside.

ROIG has executed the demolitions and excavation of the new levels of the supermarket, the formation of the concrete screed, sanitation, pavements, interior enclosures, cladding, installations of false ceilings and interior and exterior carpentry.
