The project that Roig is initiating , stands out for the use of very noble materials combined with the finest craftsmanship, which will result in a very high-end apartment, with a feeling of natural luxury and full comfort. In this sense, Roig' s team is already working on natural oak flooring throughout the house, custom stone cutting in the bathroom floors, fine aggregate wall coverings, Cheyenne granite countertops in the kitchen, built-in closets in all rooms and sustainable and resistant Neolith surfaces. As for the new woodwork, it has been carefully chosen to fit in with the modernist facade of the property.
