In this sense, the installation of an interior facade insulation system with sprayed mortar and compact glass wool panel is planned. This system guarantees a uniform thickness over the entire surface and, therefore, a constant insulation value of the enclosure, achieving savings in heating in winter and air conditioning in summer. As for the air conditioning systems, Roig will install Panasonic's Aquarea aerothermal system in the building to provide the homes with maximum energy efficiency and minimum consumption. Aerothermal energy is a clean technology that extracts up to 77% of the energy from the outside air free of charge . Aerothermal systems are state-of-the-art heat pumps designed to provide cooling in summer, heating in winter and hot water all year round. The apartments have parquet flooring in all rooms and a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room. The tenants of the first floor apartments will be able to enjoy a terrace with a garden and the upper floor apartments will have a large balcony.
