Roig Construccions has been the winner of the bidding competition to execute the new construction phase of Alting's new development of exclusive rental housing at 10-12 Alfonso XII street in Barcelona.

  The building is located in the exclusive Sant Gervasi Galvany neighborhood, next to Travesera de Gràcia and Carrer Tuset in the Catalan capital, and will have a total area of 2,545m². In this new phase, Roig Construccions is already working on the earthworks, foundations and structure of the new building of exclusive rental housing planned for Alfonso XII, 10-12. The project will include 8 homes with excellent finishes spread over 2 floors, a commercial space on the first floor with mezzanine and 42 parking spaces located in basements -1 and -2. In addition, the development will have a communal solarium terrace on the roof with swimming pool. Alting, acquired the building in July 2020 and will become part of its asset portfolio as a luxury residential rental building with an expected delivery date of the end of 2021.
